KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for micro optical product process engineering
• Work with design team; develop robust and repeatable manufacturing processes, preparing document, work instructions etc.
• Responsible for technicians/engineer training on manufacturing processes
• Drive continuous process optimization for quality/yield/capacity improvement and cost reduction

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or master degree in Physics or material science;
• 5+ years experience in optical components/assembly packaging of micro-optical system/subsystem
• Good understanding of reliability issues for passive optical components, knowledge of assembly and packaging processes, automation and optimization ;
• Hands-on experience in optical alignment and epoxy based process. Familiar with various kinds of epoxies
• Good English communication skill
