WORK LOCATION:

Shenzhen, China

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production support engineering for micro-optics product;
• Preparation of technical/process documentation for production readiness.
• Provide DFM/ DFA (Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly) feedback to the product design team during the design phase of new products.
• Lead failure analysis on returned products from our customers.
• Drive continuous quality/yield/capacity improvement programs and cost reduction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree or above in Physics, optical engineering, or equivalent engineering discipline;
• Profound knowledge on free space optics and fiber optics;
• Deep understanding of functionality, integration and application of micro-optical modules.
• 2 years or above NPI, development or equivalent engineering experience of optical components/modules, subsystem or system.
• Good English communication skill
