KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform as member of cross-functional team of engineers on different project assignments focused on definition, development of test solution/strategy, supporting of micro-optical devices/subsystems development
• Development of device characterization plans and responsible for the execution and analysis of the test plans, duties also includes development of necessary hardware and software to support testing related activities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Physics or optical engineering;
• 3+ years experience in test solution development for fiber-optical device/system;
• Experienced with optical fibers and optical fiber pigtailed devices;
• Expert in common used software platforms (C#, VB, VC++, Labview, etc) and instruments interface (RS232, GPIB etc)
• Competent team player, capable of working with cross-functional teams including mechanics, electronics, firmware/software etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English
