Lisa Paul has served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources since November 2014. Her global responsibilities include all aspects of Human Resources Management including talent management, succession planning, acquisition integration, culture, change management, executive compensation and workforce strategy and planning.
Prior to joining Oclaro, Ms. Paul was the Vice President of Human Resources at Flextronics International responsible for Integrated Network Solutions with over $10B in revenue in 30 counties. She also developed the Global Talent Management function which included responsibility for Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition.
Ms. Paul has over 25 years in Human Resources leadership and consulting experience in technology, service and communication companies including Cisco Systems from 2006 to 2011 and Sun Microsystems from 2001 to 2006.
Ms. Paul served on the Board of Directors and was President of the Northern California Human Resource Association. She is on the Advisory Board for emTRAIN, an employment an online learning and enterprise training system company. Ms. Paul also serves on the Program Committee for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
