The single-channel 20Gb/s balanced receiver from Oclaro utilizes world-leading photonic integration and packaging design to provide a differentiated receiver solution for 40G DQPSK applications. The receiver integrates dual PIN photodiodes and a differential transimpedance amplifier (TIA) into an MSA package footprint, allowing unparalleled optical performance in a high density form factor.
