10G PIN ROSA

Part of the XMD ROSA family; the PT10XMD2B receiver consists of a PIN photodiode and a low-noise preamplifier in an XMD MSA compliant hermetic package with an LC receptacle. The high sensitivity and excellent tolerance to OSNR facilitates integration into optically amplified links. It has been optimized for use in 10Gb/s transceiver or transponder applications using NRZ modulation with or without FEC, at data rates up to 11.3Gb/s. APD versions available on request.
