Description

The HL13B2CP00-Ln (Ln: L0, L1, L2 or L3) is a cooled Electro Absorption Distributed Feed-Back (EA-DFB) laser diode chip for 25 Gb/s NRZ or 50Gb/s PAM4 operation. The setting temperature of the chip (TLD) is as high as 52.5ºC for the purpose of low power consumption of the optical transceiver. LAN-WDM 4 wavelengths of 1295.6/1300.1/1304.6/1309.1nm are available. It is designed for use in the dry N2 hermetic sealed package.
